Adding Value Reduces Costs and Improves Results

Marketing Challenge:
Create a value-added marketing piece that would please all stakeholders (sponsors, host organization, attendees) of a technology conference.

Our Solution:
NICHEPUBS produced three issues of a daily
newsletter entirely on-site and distributed them during each morning of the conference. Every issue contained a pull out poster, and all three placed end-to-end created a single 11" x 51" poster outlining a timeline of "technology and communications."

Results:
Attendees reported saving the 3-part poster series for use after the conference, extending the exposure of the sponsors' logos beyond the conference. Producing the newsletter and poster in full color enabled sponsors to use their "brand" ads (where color plays a key branding role), and all issues / posters were reprinted after the conference for use as a marketing & recruiting piece.
